The love-child of Nuts and Barfi as we affectionately call ‘Nurfi’ is our take on the traditional Khoya Barfi but without any of the Khoya. We have a modern nutty twist in the tale where we use nuts and seeds to form the base of the Barfi. Make sure to tell the tale when entertaining guests.

Ingredients: Cucumber Seeds, Watermelon Seeds, Cashew milk, Sugar, Sunflower Oil and Cardamom

Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container. Refrigeration not required.
